Welcome Portal Activation Emails will be emailed out to owners by Tuesday September 14th:
- We want to ensure we communicate with you in the best possible way. On your welcome letter it will list the contact information for your property. Please review and let us know if anything needs updating, via phone, email or update directly by logging into your account.
Once logged in:
- Submit and track a maintenance requests
- Submit and track your Architectural Applications
- Access Association Documents
- Update Your Contact information
Update payment method to one of the following:
- Set up Auto Pay
- Make one time payments
FAQ's
Submit Maintenance Requests for common area issues from inside your portal or link your portal in the Alexa app to ask Alexa to submit your request.
Requests are sent inside our system to our team for next steps and vendor contact.
Updates post to your request on your portal and you are notified via email.
Submit Architectural Application and detail documents within your Owner Portal.
Simply click on Architectural Application and follow the steps.
Once submitted, your packet is sent to the ARC Committee for review.
Notifications are sent via your desired communication method.
- Download community documents are - including painting, slope/community landscape information and other HOA information.

Log in to the online portal to elect to receive documents via email. De-enroll at any time.

How do I pay assessments?
PAY DUES ONLINE
Credit or Debit Card:
Use your debit or credit card to pay your dues through the secure Online Portal. Credit Card Processing Fee is applied to the assessment to pay so the full balance goes to the HOA.
eCheck
Enter your routing and account numbers in your secure Online Portal to pay dues or any other charge directly from your checking or savings account.
MAIL A CHECK
Address for Checks and Bill Pay:

- Your payment is being mailed to a secure processing center with the association’s bank.
- Payments are cashed the day received and posted the next business day to your HOA account.
